Curriculum

Tiit Peterson has
studied with Vladimir Katkov near the Conservatory G. Ots and subsequently he
improved with Leo Brouwer and Roberto Aussel. Developing concert activity in
different European countries, he has participated in many projects of chamber
music and as soloist has collaborated with numerous orchestras dealing above all
with the contemporary repertoire. Tiit Peterson has recorded a CD with The
Symphonic National orchestra of EstoniaWhite Concert. with works of Tõnu Kõrvits,
Peeter Vähi and Raimo Kangro for guitar and orchestra. With the mezzosopran
Leili Tammel has recorded, besides, two cycles of lieder of the composer Kuldar
Sink "Grido e silenzio" and "Le stagioni."
Tauno Saviauk has studied with Jaan Õun near the Conservatory of Estonia, he is
subsequently improved with Alexandra Vavilina to Pietroburgo. In 1983 in
Lithuania he was assigned him the prize of the Baltic contest for flute. After
the diploma Tauno Saviauk has belonged to the Symphonic National orchestra of
Estonia, in 1990 he has been invited in Finland where currently he works as
teacher of flute. Tauno Saviauk belongs to the Kumo Ensemble of Flutes, besides
it exhibits him the orchestras of Turku and Pore. From the collaboration among
Tauno Saviaul and Tiit Peterson in 1995 and been born the Orchestrating Duo and
since then the two musicians have undertaken trips for Scandinavia and Estonia
and other European countries. In the vast repertoire of the Duo sonatas of the
Baroque one, compositions and transcripts of the classical and romantic period
are found close to Nine hundred numerous important pages, partly writings for
them from Estonian composers. Their discografia till now and compote of the CDs
"Mystical Uniting" and "Estonian Portraits"
