Biography


He takes a diploma with full marks at the “S.Cecilia” Conservatoire in Rome with the music master Carlo Carfagna. He attends the regular course at the Mozarteum in Salzburg with the music masters Eliot Fisk and Joaquin Clerch Diaz.

 

In 1989 he partecipates in the International Seminar “Hommage a Andres Segovia” held in the Bayerishe Musikakademie in Marktoberdof (Germany) plaing with the guitar orchestra conducted by Leo Brouwer.

 

He attends the Master Classes at the Fiesole school and at the akademie of Sobermhein in Germany. He studies counterpoint and composition with the music master Francesco Iannitti Piromallo who dedicated to him the Concert in A major for guitar and orchestra in 2002, published the following year. Winner of many national and international competitions among which the “Mauro Giuliani” in Bari in 1992. In 1995 h e recorded a programme for Vatican Radio and in 1997 he recorded “Paesaggi” in absolute premiere for Radio Rai 2,a suite written just for him by The Master Fabrizio Festa.

 

He has been the protagonist of recitals all over Italy and abroad, playing in Salzburg, Sobernheim, Marktoberdorf, München, Beirut, Tyro, Cordoba, Granada, Volos, Malta, Menorca, and in tour in Japan (Tokyo, Hiroshima, Hayama, Kamakura) that has brought him a lot of approvals and positive reviews.

 

He records for the record company “Sam Classica” in Lari.
Among the Cds as soloist, several first absolute recordings and registrations of important instrumental operas stand out all published in the collection “Sam Pupplications” personally directed and arranged.
